What if something will be wrong? Will I be able to get a refund?

In the case of unsolvable problems with a software and if our support team will be unable to help, you can get a refund or replacement software (it's up to you which product to choose as replacement)!

Will I be able to get technical support?

Yes, we will help you to download, install and activate purchased program, but we cannot teach you how to use purchased product.

How to contact the technical support team if my key(s) not work?

In case you have any problem with the license key, please contact our support team via one of these channel:

Please provide the screenshot of the error message and your Software Edition, this will help us troubleshoot the issues.

When will I receive money in case of refund?

If you are using PayPal, money will be refunded back to your account immediately.

In case of credit card, may be it take about 2-4 business days (depend on your bank)
